We are committed to helping you get the most out of Dupixent by providing educational resources and support services throughout your treatment journey. Our aim is to help you feel empowered and independent while living with moderate-to-severe atopic eczema (atopic dermatitis) in your everyday life, and we will do our best to help you achieve this.

Our support services reflect our commitment to you

We offer a comprehensive range of support services which include:

  • SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT: When you call the Dupixent [PSP Name] program
  • FINANCIAL SUPPORT: Assistance to explore your coverage options
  • INJECTION TRAINING AND SUPPORT: At a time and place convenient for you
  • INFORMATION AND EDUCATION: Treatment and disease information
  • [COOLER BAG: Used to store Dupixent while traveling]
  • [HOMECARE DELIVERY: Sends Dupixent straight to your home when you need it]

What to expect from the Dupixent MyWay Journey

  1. After you are prescribed DUPIXENT, your healthcare professional can enrol you into DUPIXENT MyWay (this enrolment is optional)
  2. You will receive up to three home visits from Nurse to teach you how to administer Dupixent
  3. Phone call will be arranged to assess your comfort with self-injection process

You will also receive these benefits upon enrollment:

  • Regular support calls to pick up any potential issues
  • Motivational interview call to focus on key areas of concern and support you
  • Quick and simple text messaging reminders, including injection reminders, as well as
    reminders for deliveries and nurse visits
